Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy- if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require 48 hours notice. This gives me a chance to fill your appt time with another client that wants that space. Not confirming your appointment does not automatically cancel your appointment.
• Late cancellation- if a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, there will be charge of 50% of the appointment That was scheduled. This helps cover the time I've set aside just for you.
• No show policy- If you miss the appointment without any notice, I will need to charge 100% of the appointment cost to the card on file. I understand things come up unexpectedly, but my time is just as valuable as yours.
• Late arrivals- If you are more than 15 min late, I may need to adjust your service or rebook depending on availability and timing.
